The 2017 Thorn Riesling is a classic example of Eden Valley Riesling – richly perfumed and elegantly structured with exceptional length of flavour. The palate exhibits intense flavours of zesty lemon curd and sweet-spiced apple crumble.
With a generous, mouth-filling palate, it boasts flavours of shortbread and subtle strawberry fruit following from the nose. The wine has a delicate creamy mouthfeel, a fine bead and is balanced with natural acidity. The style is one of grace and finesse, balanced with flavour and, above all, drinkability.
The 2014 The Holy Trinity is a richly flavoured and elegantly structured GSM that continues the long and lauded heritage for this traditional blend in the Barossa Valley. The dense mid-palate and long, textural finish combine to create a wine that is rich and elegant, sweet and savoury.
