Further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from grapes, our winemaking team carefully blend our vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Shiraz so bold and dark in colour, it’s almost ink.
Pure Eden Valley Shiraz on the nose; deep, dark and brooding. Thick set, broad shouldered and a beautiful perfume of blueberries covered in milk chocolate and clove-cinnamon-cedar oak with notes of lifted eucalyptus and white pepper. The palate a powerful combination full of rich dark fruit. A wave of clove-cinnamon-cedar oak mixed with a hint of fresh thyme and a full, round velvety finish.
This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is purple in colour with lively aromas of dark chocolate, blackberry, vanilla and cedar. The palate is rich with black and red berry fruit dominating the front palate and hints of vanilla accompanying the ripe and firm tannins.
Delicate but dense sweet fruits with a creamy texture stand out on the mouth. Tones of cherry and almond blossom with wild red fruits such as boysenberry and dewberry balanced by fine acidity turn it into an elegant and easy drinking wine.
Full of flesh, vibrant acidity, long finish with plenty of dark fruits. Some oak on the front and back that cushions the plush fruit in the middle. There’s a hint of fruit sweetness that allows the wine to be drank considerably early.
'The Holy Trinity is a staple for all Barossa wine lovers. One of the longest producing Barossa Grenache, Shiraz & Mourvèdre blends, this wine delivers complexity, depth and finesse with every release,' Craig Stansborough, Chief Winemaker
The iconic Abednego has a complex bouquet with aromas ranging from cracked black pepper to mulberry, cranberry and lemon curd. There is a delightful elegance and complexity to the palate, showing layers of pomegranate, cranberry and raspberry tart. Beautiful firm tannins and graceful, lengthy finish.
The Filsell Barossa Shiraz has an intense and deep purple colour and displays aromas of chocolate and coffee bean with hints of cinnamon, vanilla and blackberry. A powerful wine, rich and dense with loads of plum, dark chocolate and spice. Long persistent tannins are balanced by richness and sweetness of fruit.
Corryton Park produced some purely varietal cabernet wines, deep plum in colour and richly perfumed with aromas of blackcurrant, confectionary spearmint leaves, cedar wood characters and woody spice with underlying aromas of pine needle, vanilla and subtle char with hints of licorice and new leather. The palate is surprisingly soft for cabernet; a fleshy, juicy cabernet with refined tannins and acidity.
