Further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from grapes, our winemaking team carefully blend our vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it’s almost ink.
Plum, blackberries and chocolate aromas complement a palate filled with red berry fruit, warm spice and sweet vanilla flavours influenced by high quality French oak. Grant Burge 2017 Nebu is a great example of this unique Australian blend. This Cabernet Shiraz is a true expression of the varieties and the Barossa; rich, powerful and complex.
Corryton Park produced some purely varietal cabernet wines, deep plum in colour and richly perfumed with aromas of blackcurrant, confectionary spearmint leaves, cedar wood characters and woody spice with underlying aromas of pine needle, vanilla and subtle char with hints of licorice and new leather. The palate is surprisingly soft for cabernet; a fleshy, juicy cabernet with refined tannins and acidity.
This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is purple in colour with lively aromas of dark chocolate, blackberry, vanilla and cedar. The palate is rich with black and red berry fruit dominating the front palate and hints of vanilla accompanying the ripe and firm tannins.
The iconic Shadrach Cabernet Sauvignon shows blackcurrant, dark chocolate and eucalypt aromas. The palate is full bodied with spicy berry fruit and liquorice characters. The rich mid-palate is followed by fine tannins and exceptional length. The epitome of Barossa Cabernet – it will age gracefully for 15 years.
