As a valued member of our prestigious Meshach Club we would like to invite you to celebrate the upcoming release of the 2013 Meshach Shiraz, by joining us for a 5 course degustation dinner here in the beautifully renovated Meshach Cellar.
You will be hosted by our Chief Winemaker, Craig Stansborough and our Head Red Winemaker, Matt Turner.
Each course will be prepared by the Executive Chef of the Barossa Valley Novotel, Derek Salmon. Having previously worked at the Fat Duck in the UK and as Head Chef at Regattas (Adelaide Convention Centre), Derek has a fine dining background which he seamlessly marries to a ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy and sustainable cooking methods.
We will pour some fantastic wines throughout the evening, which will include pre-releases along with 2009 delights from the cellar as well.
The focus wine of the evening will be the 2013 Meshach Shiraz (pre-release), served alongside the 1993 and 2003 vintages in a provenance tasting experience. You will also be the first in the country to both taste and be able to purchase the magnificent Grant Burge 40 Year Old Tawny – of which only 100 bottles were produced.
This promises to be a night to remember and seats are extremely limited so please do not delay in booking your places.
Transport will also be provided on the night for guests staying in the Barossa, both to and from the venue if you require.
